At Pettycare, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth return and refund process.
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
Items must not be damaged, chewed, or show any signs of wear.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
Personalized or custom-made products.
Items marked as final sale or clearance.
Used pet feeding or drinking items due to hygiene concerns.
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.
For all other return reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected:
You will receive an email notification confirming approval or rejection.
If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are not included for all products.
